GOOD ORAL HYGIENE

Why is the development of good oral hygiene is important?
The development of good oral hygiene or dental hygiene is the first line of defense against dental problems like plaque, tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath. The development of good oral hygiene will help hours later chaired dentist!

Plaque is a white substance, which develops when ish food with bacteria and saliva attaches itself to the teeth mixed. Good oral hygiene/ dental hygiene helps loosen and remove plaque.

Tooth decay occurs when tiny holes (wells) in the form of the tooth.
